SARAH FREEMAN CAREY

Sarah Freeman Carey was born in New Orleans and now lives in Natchez with her family.  She studied fine arts at Newcomb College concentrating in Printmaking.  She now works in clay, acrylics, printmaking among other media.  She teaches children's after school art programs through the Natchez Art Association where she is currently president of the Board.  She is an active Board member at the Natchez Little Theatre, using her creative abilities to help with sets and costumes as well as act.  She is owner of Crafted Gallery with Carolyn Weir.

CAROLYN MARGARET WEIR

Carolyn Weir is inspired mainly by color and unusual shapes.  She enjoys the challenge of creating something that you don't see every day.  If she were to pigeon hole her artistry into one medium she would say that she is a wire artist who enjoys painting from time to time.  She creates kinetic mobiles with original paintings, plastics, metals and woods and stainless steel wire.  She also creates silver jewelry with silver wire.  "I paint for fun and enjoy creating paintings that make you think... they usually aren't based on physical subject matter but instead on color, music and feeling."  Her main painting mediums are acrylic and watercolor.  She is owner of Crafted Gallery with Sarah Freeman Carey.

VICKI TORREY

Vicki Torrey is a Natchez artist who specializes in making jewelry with a variety of freshwater pearls, silver and antique silver flatware.

RONNIE BRYANT

Ronnie Bryant creates art out of wine bottles that would normally be thrown away.  He is driven by the creation process and the "how" of it all.  Spending his spare time cutting, breaking, grinding, and beautifying glass through etching and candles he is always asking himself, "how can I make this better, nicer, prettier, than before".  He is constantly designing his next wine bottle sculpture in his head and sometimes can't sleep until he gets in his workshop and solves the puzzle that is his art.
